What are examples of customer feedback?
“How would you feel if you could no longer use this product/feature?” This customer feedback example stands out because it helps companies figure out if: they're still in the right market. the product still solves a relevant problem.
How do you present user feedback?
Tell a story about what you set out to achieve with your research, why you were doing it and how you went about conducting it. Again keep this at a high level and in a format that is easy to tell and digest. Assume the listener has no prior knowledge, but don't make it boring for those that do have prior insight.
